Vào ngày 12 tháng 06 năm 2023, Khoa TACN đã tổ chức thành công buổi đào tạo TOT tiếp theo với chủ đề “The Legal Framwork” được trình bày bởi Th.S Hoàng Thu Giang.
Buổi đào tạo (được trình bày bằng tiếng Anh) đã giải đáp được các mục tiêu quan trọng của khóa học, bao gồm:
1. Identify what law have the two sides chosen to fill the gaps in their agreement.
2. Determine if the document the parties are signing is really a contract or it is just a piece of paper.
3. Explain why a contract should be the entire agreement and how the two sides ensure that it includes everything they want it to.
4. Check whether the parties signing the contract are all they seem to be and they remain the same during the lifetime of the contract.
5. Foresee the circumstances under which the parties might wish to end their agreement.
6. Elaborate some means of settling disputes through which some goodwill might be preserved and the cost of the dispute minimized.
Tác giả đã nhận được phản hồi tích cực từ những người tham gia thông qua việc giải thích các khái niệm quan trọng và chia sẻ kiến thức cũng như kinh nghiệm thực tế, đóng góp tích cực vào việc nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy cho các giảng viên trong khoa.
